Pink Saturday

Hi Bloggerettes, and welcome to another Pink Saturday hosted by our dear friend Beverly of http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/ ! I am so happy to be a part of this party each week!
Today I am sharing some random pinks from out there in blogland! Please forgive me if I don't remember where I found them. I just know that they are beautiful, and should be shared with everyone! I think this is from Aiken Gardens. She has such a beautiful English garden!
Just love this girly pink lamp!

Now, this little chick is keeping her mom company. She is sitting so sweet while mom takes some pics of her. Is this darling or what? Sitting in a pink jewelry box. Too cute!!

These are some beautiful hang tags I bought from http://www.etsy.com/shop/underthenightmoon. She has beautiful ones, and is so sweet. I hope she starts a blog soon! She makes lots of them for you girls who like Marie Antoinette. I don't know her personally, but I found her on someones blog!

Love this pretty single rose on a silver platter. Just lovely!

Pink Saturday

Hello everyone! Welcome to Pink Saturday! It gives me the chance to share all of my pink pretties! You can click on pictures to make them bigger. I am so lucky to own one of Lynn's beautiful pink perfume bottles! (front left) My daughter bought it for me for my birthday. If you get a chance, and you don't know Lynn, please visit her site. http://lynn-teacupstitches.blogspot.com/ She has the most beautiful perfume bottles, pillows, and other pretties for sale, and she is having yet another GIVEAWAY!! I found this little cart in the trash!! It was ugly, and black. She received a coat of creamy white paint, and here she is! I just love it! Thanks for coming by to visit. I think Spring is finally here! It is 70 today in central NJ, and the flowers are popping up, and the birds are singing!
Please visit Beverly of http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog/pink-saturday/ for more pink pretties! Thanks Beverly!

Teatime Tuesday

Hello everyone, and welcome to another Teatime Tuesday! I'm so glad you stopped by for a visit. I would like to share with you, one of my favorite spots to relax with a cup of tea, and a favorite magazine. Today, I am enjoying a cranberry scone with raspberry jam, and an issue of TeaTime Magazine. It is a delightful one, filled with pretty photographs, and recipes. I found these little spoons online, in a set of 6. They have little teapots on the ends, and I thought they were so cute. (click on any picture to enlarge) I found this vintage wicker bed tray at a yard sale for $3!! I just love it!

I hope you will take the time to enjoy a nice cup of tea, and visit the other participants.

Spring Cloche Party

Hi girlfriends! It's time for a Spring Cloche Party over at http://astrollthrulife.blogspot.com/2011/03/welcome-to-spring-cloche-party.html Thanks Marty for hosting this fun party for us!! It's always a fun time visiting others and see what they can come up with to put under a cloche. Here is a darling little "plant" made of beads, that my dear Mother-in-law made. Each bead is strung on wire to form flowers and leaves. I just love it under this little cloche, and pretty saucer.

This is one of Rhonda's wonderful faux cakes!

This is a tiny teacup pincushion that I made, using ribbon flowers. (Click on any picture to enlarge)

Now, this isn't a cloche, but it's a box! lol I figured I'd throw this in too, since it reminds me so much of spring. I got this idea from sweet Dawn, over at the Feathered Nest. She had this image, and shared it with us, so I decided to make a bedroom scene with it. I just love the little bird at the window, singing "It's time to get up". I took several pictures, so you can see it at different angles.

I put scrapbook paper on the sides to make it look like wallpaper. I love how it turned out! Thanks Dawn for the inspiration.

Opps, I think I got an extra picture in here somehow. lol!

I thought this was a cute vignette with all lavendars.

Here is a little basket that I made for Easter. My friend and I had a craft day, and we made some of these in different styles and colors.

Even cuter under a cloche!

Thanks for coming by for a visit, and be sure to visit Marty for more fun with cloches! I am also joining in on Favorite Things Saturday with Laurie over at http://bargainhuntingwithlaurie.blogspot.com/2011/03/capturing-spring-favorites.html Thanks Laurie!

Pink Saturday

Happy Pink Saturday to all of my blog friends! A special thank you to our hostess Beverly of http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog/2011/03/pink-saturday-march-5-2011.html With all the snow everyone has been having lately, I wanted to share something that was a sure sign that spring is almost here! Aren't these cherry blossoms beautiful?

Look at this beautiful hang tag, made by http://www.etsy.com/shop/underthenightmoon. Check out her shop, she has some pretty ones!

I can't wait until my pretty bleeding heart plant comes up again. The flowers are so dainty, and they actually look just like little hearts.

This is an Angelique tulip. I had never heard of them before, and when I found them online, I just had to get some! I hope you are having nice weather, and that spring will soon arrive in your neck of the woods. Thanks for coming by, and be sure to visit Beverly for more lovely pinkaliciousness!

White Wednesday

This is the first time I am joining Kathleen over at http://fadedcharmcottage.blogspot.com/2011/03/white-wednesday-89.html for White Wednesday. I am sharing some pretty whites, and creams from my home. These are vintage laces from my dear 90 yr old Mother-in-laws mother.

More vintage laces displayed in a pretty jar.

One of my favorite white pitchers, that I picked up in Home Goods. I love that store!

Here is a cherub planter I picked up at the Goodwill. I love the satin patina. I have had these hydrangeas since last year. Thanks for coming by to visit. Please visit Kathleen for more pretty whites!
