Smores Cups

Hello Blogerettes! Wow, I can't believe it's been this long since I posted. Time flies when you are having fun! I found these over at http://texascottage.blogspot.com/2011/08/smore-cups.html The Texas Cottage Blogspot. They are smores made in mini cupcake pans! Don't they look delish? Perfect for a picnic, and great to do with the kids! I will definitely be making these with my grandson. Hop over to the above blog for the recipe!
Thanks for coming by for a visit. It is a hot one today here in central NJ. Stay cool everyone!

In answer to your question, I perform task analysis for individuals with disabilities that work in the community but may loose their job because their production and quality rates do not meet the employer's expectations. In short, I am an efficiency expert! I work in every type of work environment you can imagine! Thanks for asking! I am passionate about my job. Elizabeth
